What’s the difference between Class A and Class B shares?

A web user asks, I know typically class A shares are traded amongst the public, and class b shares are given to employees. Also, each class can carry different weight in votes. My question is how does each stock class influence the other? Do they both have to take a percentage of 100% of the company, or does only class A do that?

Can you help them out? Post your advice!

It is up to how each company is organized, there is no set standard.
