Q&A: I purchased a boat with boyfriend who agreed to pay loan.?

Submitted by on September 6, 2010 – 1:29 pmNo Replies

nancy asks:
The boat is paid for because I took a personal loan. We have not picked up boat because it was too cold to take out and test on lake… now things are not working with us… and my question is can I cancel the boat even if it’s paid for and get a refund?? We have not tested it, but paid for a couple of months ago. Any information is greatly appreciated.
The boat was purchased thru a boat dealer and it’s under both names.
