Is it better to get investors or just a bussiness bank loan to start a small retail bussiness?

kitiok9431 asks:
This is a small retail juniors/womens trendy fashion store. Something like forever 21. I need to know if a bank will loan me 100-200 thousand to start, or is it better to get an investor and pay them back and give them some of the profit as well?
