Can debt collector get my money back?

Submitted by on August 4, 2010 – 3:55 pmNo Replies

A web user asks, Some guy owns me $5800, and I already have court judgment. However, he changed his phone number and living place. I can not find or contact with him.

Is that helpful if i hire a debt collector? are they possible to find out where is the debtor?
i was planning to ask the court for enforcement. but, the court said they can’t do nothing since I don’t know where the debtor is.ps. the address on the debtor’s driver license is his father’s house. and his dad refuse to tell me where he is.

Can you help them out? Post your advice!
