A web user asks, I purchase goods via paypal which is connected to my credit card.. sometimes I sell a few, cant I then transfer the money from my paypal account to my credit card?

If there is a way, can you please show me how? I have tried to find it in PayPal and I could not identify any way to do this.
I would like to know if there is a way to transfer funds from a PayPal account to an Australian AMEX or Mastercard.
