Business owners how important is customer service to your business?

Submitted by on August 28, 2010 – 3:55 amNo Replies

A web user asks, Where I come from it seems that a lot of businesses are complaining about not doing well but are not interested in providing top customer service. They hire people who are rude to their customers and can be rude to customers themselves. Even where I work they also refuse to hire enough people to cope with the amount of customers that they attract and get huffy when customers complain about the amount of time they have to wait for service.
I am just interested to know if any other business owners have this same attitude or are there business owners out there that DO listen to there staff and most importantly their customers?

Can you help them out? Post your advice!
