What is the biggest challenge for small business owners?

A web user asks, I’m doing research for my business management course, and want to know what the biggest challenge for people running a small business is. I generally hear balancing time at work with time at home, not making enough money, or struggling to do all the jobs necessary and just want to check that there is nothing I have missed. Thank you!
