Best traditional business to start with hard work and little start up money?

A web user asks, I’m about to graduate with a degree in advertising. I will get a job for now but would like to start my own business soon. If you had to start a business today with not very much money to start with what would it be? I’ve been contemplating insurance but just don’t know.
