What kind of business/registration licenses do you need for a cleaning business or something similar?

A web user asks, I’m hoping to open a decorating service business where I rearrange people’s furniture, and am wondering how service oriented businesses such as cleaning businesses, vacuuming businesses, and even home computer repair specialists operate. What do I need besides a business license? I’ve already got a lot of my business plan done.
