How much money do physician assistants/nurse practitioners earn in Australia?

A web user asks, I am a physician assistant in the U.S. with ten years of family practice experience, and am very interested in practicing in Australia. Perhaps for only a couple of years, perhaps more. Any help on salaries would be greatly appreciated!
