what’s the best way to invest $1000 monthly and make an income/return?

A web user asks, Say, I can save AUD1000 per month which i want to invest to make a monthly income of at least $200.And I only have $3000 as capital at the moment, what’s the best investment choice? I am willing to take higher risk if I’m covered from capital loss. Please give as much detail as possible. Thank you for your time.
