How do you finance buying one home before you sell your existing home?

Submitted by on March 27, 2010 – 11:15 amNo Replies

A web user asks, I want to buy another home, move, & then sell my old home. Are there ways to finance the new home using the equity of the old home to secure the loan?

Can you help them out? Post your advice!
