How can I cash my Income Tax Refund Check?

Submitted by on November 7, 2009 – 12:48 pmNo Replies

A web user asks, I have a refund check issued to me and my spouse, however my spouse is currently incarcerated and my bank won’t cash it without both signatures, not even the local check cashing store! What am I to do with this check that I can’t cash?
FYI, he was incarcerated 3 months ago!

Can you help them out? Post your advice!
